For insets if the gym is not for you, maybe go for a walk, sign up for dance lessons, swimming or just make sure you walk the stairs instead of taking the elevator.

I have always lived an active lifestyle, doing different sports like soccer, dance, yoga, swimming, and currently focusing on CrossFit. While doing sports there is more focus on living a health lifestyle in general, so a health diet has always been on my mind.
